Your first lesson at Nottingham school of Blackbelts will be absolutely unique to anything you have ever tried before. Our Martial Arts School is unparalleled with masses amount of motivation, enthusiasm and passion for enabling you to achieve your goals. Our adult classes are beginner friendly, you don't have to fight, you can just workout, enjoy yourself and then come back for more, as most do.

What will I achieve?

The Nottingham School of Blackbelts adult kickboxing programs have several different effective approaches to your martial arts fitness requirements. Many of our adult members take up Kickboxing for a fitness solution because they were bored of the gym. Some to develop and progress through grading to achieve a Blackbelts status and others to grow and compete in tournaments and competitions.

No matter what your reasoning, our classes are a great way to get in shape, tone up, improve your fitness and boost your confidence.

Kickboxing is an excellent form of stress relief, improves strength, fitness and flexibility. The variety of movements we will teach you will sharpen your reflexes as well as improve co-ordination and balance.

Kickboxing is not only great fun but a great way to get fit and make new friends. One lesson on average burns between 600-800* calories as apposed to an aerobics class that burns between 300-400 calories.

- Self defense:

Kickboxing has been perfected over the years into a highly effective and easy to learn fighting concept. It is undoubtedly one of the best self defense systems you will encounter.

- Cardio training:

Kickboxing can be a cardio-based form of exercise. You will train at a pace which will raise your heart rate and in time help you increase your stamina and lose weight.

- Flexibility training:

Undoubtedly one of the most important parts of any Martial Art. Stretching is included in every session and you will slowly increase your level of flexibility. Supple muscles help us move faster and more efficiently.

- Strength training:

During the training session, you will work on developing your body strength using exercises that will increase muscle power and effectiveness.
