Boxing Training

For boxing in Nottingham you have come to the right place for regular training and good instruction. We will teach you everything you need from basic footwork and movement through to faking an opponent and power punching.We will teach you the basics needed to build a solid foundation, this will include Stances and Footwork, Movement and Punches, combination punching, how to read an opponent, counter punching and more. Good technique will be achieved through practice and repetition. Competition is available if required from white collar through to professional boxing.

Focus Mitt Training

Train with a partner or instructor on the focus mitts to help improve you speed, timing, distance and movements skills.

Work on throwing combinations while improving your head movement and evading your opponent.

Work your slips, counters, parrys, faking and more.
