MMA Mixed martial arts is one of the fastest growing sports in the world. It has been made popular by the UFC and other popular cage fighting organisations. Instead of learning just the one martial art, more and more people are starting to cross train in various disciplines. In doing so, they learn to defend themselves in all situations from standing, in the clinch and on the ground. Although you will never truly master one single art form, you will become more of a well rounded individual and be confident no matter what situation you could find yourself in.
Learn in a safe friendly environment
The MMA Class is taught 2 days a week, on a Monday and Wednesday evening. This will teach you striking, clinch work, dirty boxing and knees from in close, take-downs and take-down defense and may also cover some ground work. (For more ground work you should try the submission wrestling)
If you are serious about wanting to learn MMA you will also need to take part in the Boxing classes.
Train to Compete
We are part of Shooters MMA which is the largest MMA association in Europe and has fighters in every major organisation.
We regularly go on courses to upgrade our knowledge of what's new so we can keep our students up to date with the latest techniques. We will cater our training to your needs as a competitor you are always learning and becoming a better all round competitor.
